HACKATHON 2020

In order to develop a innovative attitude among ourselves we arranged a online Hackathon, so during the times of lock-down we can implement our knowledge in doing a mini project or actually solving a day to day life problem in a most efficient way. 

A list of problem statements were shared among students and more than 50 students showed their interest in solving them. 


We received around 20 solutions from students of various departments and top 3 students were declared as winners.

Project: MATLAB Programming.


Total 3 MATLAB programs were submitted by him, namely:

1). MATRIX SOLVER.
    i). Take 3*3 or 2*2 matrix from user and display it on screen
    ii). Any error during input or solving should be told to user
    iii). User should be able to perform following operations on it.
        a). Square of Matrix
        b). Inverse of Matrix
        c). Transpose of Matrix

2). EQUATION SOLVER.
    Solve all types of equation given below as per users wish.
    i). aX+bY=C
    ii). aX+bY+cZ=d
    iii). aX2+bX+c=0
    iv). aX3+bX2+cX+d=0

3). COMPOUND INDEXING OF GEAR.
    i). Take number of divisions from the user and determine whether compound indexing is necessary or not.
    ii). Display error message to user if any.
    iii). Automatically select plates.
    iv). Guide the user whether to move plate backward or forward
